GRAND OPENING LATE SEPTEMBER 2025
GRAND OPENING LATE SEPTEMBER 2025
All appointments require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows with less than 24 hours notice will result in the card on file being charged 50% of the scheduled service amount. This policy is strictly enforced. I respect your time and appreciate the same in return. Last-minute changes significantly affect my ability to accommodate other clients.
Please plan to arrive 10 minutes early to your appointment so we can begin on time. If you arrive late, I will do my best to complete your scheduled service until the scheduled end time. However, if there is not enough time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the 50% fee will apply.
To book any appointment, a valid card must be kept on file through GlossGenius. By booking, you authorize Blushy Bunny Lash and Wax Studio to charge your card in accordance with this cancellation policy.
By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Cancellation Policy, and you authorize the use of your card on file for applicable charges under this policy.
If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book the appointment for you, accompany you, and stay present with you for the entirety of your appointment. They must read, understand, and accept all studio policies as well as signing and agreeing to the general consent and waiver of liability forms.
I will not work on a set of eyelash extensions that I have not done myself. If you would like to book with me for eyelash extensions, you will need to book an eyelash extension removal and a full set of your desired style. If you book a fill and have not received a full set done by me, your booked service will be canceled.
The health of your natural lashes and the longevity of your eyelash extensions rely on you to follow the proper aftercare. If you do not follow the aftercare guidelines given to you, I cannot guarantee the health of your natural lashes and the retention of your eyelash extensions. This includes but is not limited to not sleeping on either side of your face, cleansing your lashes every day with a foaming or whipped lash cleanser, not wearing mascara, not rubbing or picking at your eyes, avoiding any oil-based products on or around your eyes, and shielding your eyes from any sources of heat. We both want you to have beautiful lashes that last, so always make sure to follow your aftercare!
While eyelash extensions are safe for most clients, there are certain conditions where treatment may not be suitable. For pregnant or breastfeeding individuals, lash extensions with the Beam Light system should only be performed after prior consultation with a doctor. If there is any doubt, treatment should be avoided for safety.
The Beam Light system should not be used if the skin in the eye area has abrasions, keloids, unhealed scars, herpes, psoriasis, fungal infections, inflammatory skin conditions, wounds, sunburn, neurodermatitis, or skin cancer. These conditions can increase the risk of irritation or adverse reactions.
Additionally, this service is not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions such as thyroid disorders, epilepsy, hemophilia, polymorphic light eruption, or photosensitivity. Clients undergoing radiation or chemotherapy should also avoid treatment. If you have had IPL or laser treatments within the last 21 days, or surgical procedures around the eye area within the past 3 months, lash extensions should be postponed until the area has fully healed.
The Beam Light system should also not be used if you are currently taking photosensitizing medications such as neuroleptics, systemic dermatologics, antiepileptics, antihistamines, cytotoxic substances, antipsychotics, NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), vitamin A derivatives (retinoids), or PDT substances. Clients with lupus erythematosus, albinism, or photosensitive eczema in the treatment area should also refrain from this service. If you have certain eye conditions (such as conjunctivitis, blepharitis, styes, or other infections), lash extensions should be postponed until the issue has fully cleared. Extensions are also not recommended if you’ve had recent eye surgery, laser eye treatments, or are experiencing excessive eye dryness or irritation.
By sharing any medical conditions or medications with me before your appointment, I can ensure that your lash extensions are performed safely and comfortably. Your health and well-being are always my top priority.
Getting eyelash extensions for the first time is very exciting! To be safe though, if you are getting eyelash extensions for the first time for a special event or trip, we will need to book your full set ideally two to three weeks in advance with a fill right before to make sure you have no sensitivities or allergies that would affect your event or trip. Allergies usually appear one to two days after getting extensions and can show as swelling, itchiness, redness, etc. It may take some time for your eyes to heal after an allergic reaction, with some reactions lasting only a few hours to some lasting several days. Be patient and follow your doctor's instructions carefully. Patch tests where I apply 5 to 10 lashes on the outer corners of your eyes are always recommended 24 to 48 hours before your first full set to test to see if any allergy occurs, but this test is not foolproof as you will not be exposed to the same amount of eyelash extensions as you will with the full set. Even if it is not your first time getting eyelash extensions, allergies can develop at any time.
For the most effective wax, hair should be at least ¼ inch long (about the length of a grain of rice). If the hair is too short, the wax may not be able to adhere properly, leaving hair behind and uneven results. Please avoid shaving and trimming between waxing appointments to maintain consistency and achieve smoother results over time. It is recommended to let your hair grow out for 3 to 4 weeks without shaving or trimming before your first wax.
Proper aftercare is essential to ensure the best results and to keep your skin healthy after waxing. In the first 24–48 hours, your skin is more sensitive, so it’s important to avoid activities that can cause irritation. This includes hot showers, saunas, tanning beds, swimming, or heavy exercise that leads to sweating. Avoid applying fragranced lotions, oils, or exfoliating products directly to the freshly waxed area, as they can clog pores and cause discomfort. Loose, breathable clothing is recommended to reduce friction and irritation.
After the first two days, gentle exfoliation 2–3 times per week paired with regular moisturizing will help prevent ingrown hairs and keep your skin smooth. Consistent at-home care ensures longer-lasting results and a more comfortable experience for your next waxing appointment.
For your safety, waxing may not be suitable under certain circumstances. Clients who are currently using Accutane, Retin-A, Differin, Tretinoin, or other strong acne/retinoid medications should avoid waxing, as these products thin the skin and can lead to lifting or injury. Waxing should also be avoided if you’ve had recent chemical peels, microdermabrasion, or laser treatments in the area, or if the skin is sunburned, irritated, or has open cuts or wounds.
Certain medical conditions, such as diabetes, varicose veins, or skin disorders, may require a doctor’s approval before waxing. If you are pregnant or have highly sensitive skin, please let me know prior to your appointment so I can ensure your service is safe and comfortable.
Although uncommon, allergies and reactions to waxing can occur. Possible symptoms include but are not limited to redness, sensitivity, small bumps, hives, itching, or minor irritation of the skin. Reactions may occur immediately during or after waxing, or up to 24–48 hours later. It is important to avoid scratching or touching the area, and seek medical advice if severe swelling, rash, or prolonged irritation occur. Please notify me immediately of any reaction or allergy.
For best results and to maintain the health of your lashes and brows, you must follow these aftercare steps. In the first 24-48 hours, keep lashes and brows dry (avoid water, steam, saunas, and heavy sweating), avoid rubbing, touching, or sleeping directly on your lashes or brows, do not apply makeup, mascara, brow gel, or oily products to the treated area, and avoid swimming, tanning beds, and direct heat exposure.
For ongoing aftercare after the first 24-48 hours, use only oil-free cleansers and makeup removers on or around the eyes, avoid waterproof mascaras or long-wear brow products that are difficult to remove, apply a lash or brow conditioning serum (optional, but encouraged for health and longevity), schedule touch-ups every 4–6 weeks to maintain lift, tint depth, and definition.
Lash lifts, lash tints, and brow tints may not be suitable under certain circumstances. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have active eye infections, styes, conjunctivitis (pink eye), or other eye conditions, have cuts, abrasions, eczema, psoriasis, or other skin conditions around the eye/brow area, have recently had eye or facial surgery (must wait at least 6 months or with doctor’s clearance), have severe allergies or sensitivities to dyes, adhesives, or perming/oxidizing agents, have extremely fragile, sparse, or damaged natural lashes/brows, are using prescribed medicated eye drops or have a history of chronic dry eyes, or have had recent cosmetic procedures around the eye or brow area (e.g., Botox, fillers, microblading) within the last 2 weeks.
While rare, allergies and reactions can occur with lash lifts, lash tints, or brow tints. Possible symptoms include but are not limited to redness, itching, swelling of the eyelids or skin around the brows/eyes, watery eyes, or mild irritation. Reactions can occur immediately during the service, within a few hours, or sometimes up to 24–48 hours after treatment. If swelling, burning, or severe discomfort develops, seek medical advice promptly. Please notify me immediately of any reaction or allergy.
There are no refunds on any services rendered, or gift cards purchased. I will do my best to work with you to make you as happy as possible!
